Vacancy: Paint Plant – General Operator
26/04/2021
Working on a day shift (some shift work may be required) after some initial training, ideally this person must have at least 1 years’ experience of working on ideally a powder coat or wet paint plant. However we would consider individuals willing to undertake training
Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is desirable but not essential.
The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of approximately 8 people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance.
Duties will include, selecting paint from stock and preparing both the spray booth and powder coating guns for each new job, performing frequent change overs of colour, spraying parts of various size and ensuring paint thickness and gloss levels are correct on finished product.
On occasions they may be required to jig up parts ready to paint, masking parts from drawing detail, packing finished parts and general housekeeping duties as and when required.

Vacancy: TIG/MIG Welder

2021Starting on dayshift for initially before moving onto a 2-shift rotation this person must be a confident MIGTIG welder able to read engineering drawings without assistance.
The work ranges from day to day using many different material types and thicknesses ranging from 0.9mm – 5mm mild steel, 1mm – 5mm aluminum
The candidate should have at least 12 months welding experience in sheet metal or similar type environment.
Must be comfortable reading and interpreting weld symbols.
Must be able to work free hand as well as using jigs and fixtures.

Vacancy: Pressbrake Operator

Working on dayshift to start for training, before moving onto a 2-shift rotation, this person ideally should be capable of running of press brake machines
Must have at least 6 months setting experience.
Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection.
The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of approximately 10 people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance, setting tools and in process inspection.

Vacancy: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Working on a day shift (some shift work may be required) after some initial training, ideally this person must have at least 1 years’ experience of working in an electromechanical assembly environment. However we would consider individuals willing to undertake training
Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is desirable but not essential.
The ability to work unsupervised is required as although in a team of approximately 8 people the individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance.
Duties will include the assembly and checking of units for a variety of sectors.
You will be required to check parts from drawing details, packing finished parts and general housekeeping duties as and when required.
